Note: all campers are required to show vaild PROOF of insurance by providing a photo copy of both the front and back of your health insurance card or a certified letter from your insurance group that validates current insurance coverage. Any camper that does not provide PROOF of insurance will be unable to participate in any Friar Lacrosse Camp, LLC clinics or camps.
