Shooting and Offense Skill Training

Attack Skills - learn the fundamental skills that will make you a valuable asset to your team.  Dodging, Feeding, Shooting and Finishing.

Midfield Skills - midfield skills include midfield defense, shooting for power, shooting on the run, and face-off play.

Goalie Tech - Goaltending Training

Like the Peak, Point Blank, and Bill Pilot's goalie camps, Goalie Tech provides technical instruction in the toughest position in the game of lacrosse-Goaltending.

In addition to technical instruction - the Goalie Tech Camp offers live shot opportunities with the help of crossover shooting sessions with our shooting camp.

Defense Training

Building a solid understanding of the fundamental footwork and positioning aspects of being a top defender. In addition, skill development to help the clearing game and development of checks to complete the package of a well-rounded defensive player.
