Day camp that helps coaches and players learn together.  Systems and drills are implemented via the aid of off field coaching clincs for the HS coaches who are given the Program on the Rise PLAYBOOK, a 100 page manual on coaching lacrosse - contains plays, defense and offense systems, clearing and ride systems, shooting and passing drills.
